BN Tax Protest is an internal business application operated by Black Water Property Management for the staff of the property tax consulting offices that license it. It is not offered to the general public.
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and Google account identifier, which we use only to confirm that you are a member of a licensed office and to record who performed an action. We do not request access to your email, calendar, files or any other Google data.
Sign-in data is used to authenticate you, to associate your work with your office, and for security auditing. Property tax records managed in the application belong to the office that entered them and are used solely to provide the service to that office.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers that host the application (Vercel and Supabase) under their own agreements. Sign-in records are retained for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for audit purposes.
