BN Tax Protest is licensed to property tax consulting offices by Black Water Property Management. Access is limited to people an office has authorized. By signing in you agree to these terms and to your office's own policies.
Use the application only for the business of the office that authorized you. Do not share your sign-in, attempt to access another office's data, or use the service in a way that violates any law or the rights of others.
Records entered by an office remain that office's property. Black Water Property Management processes them only to provide the service and as described in the privacy policy.
The service is provided as-is and may change or be interrupted for maintenance. Licensing terms between Black Water Property Management and each office are set out in their separate agreement, which controls if it conflicts with this page.
